If your flowers arrive damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.
Personalised items
Cards are printed individually, so once personalisation is confirmed we cannot accept returns unless there is a print fault - in which case we reprint free of charge.
Gifts
Unopened gifts can be returned within 7 days; return shipping is paid by the customer.
